We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Assistant to join our busy branding and marketing agency. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Researching and gathering information for projects
  • Creating and formatting documents and presentations
  • Assisting with social media management and marketing campaigns
  • Prospecting for new clients based on specific criteria
  • Pulling together data from multiple locations to develop marketing reports
  • Attend meetings to take notes, create tasks, and follow up
  • Data entry and database management
  • Managing email and calendar appointments
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and events
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Providing general administrative support as needed


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Suite
  • Experience with the project management tool ClickUp
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience in a marketing or administrative role is a plus
