We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Assistant to join our busy branding and marketing agency. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Researching and gathering information for projects
- Creating and formatting documents and presentations
- Assisting with social media management and marketing campaigns
- Prospecting for new clients based on specific criteria
- Pulling together data from multiple locations to develop marketing reports
- Attend meetings to take notes, create tasks, and follow up
- Data entry and database management
- Managing email and calendar appointments
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and events
- Making travel arrangements
- Providing general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Experience with the project management tool ClickUp
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in a marketing or administrative role is a plus
